 Hi, meet Uncle Bugs a multi talented man. He is an inventor, author, lecturer and facilitator. But most of all, he is a THINKER With an innovative mind Uncle Bugs has created many inventions which won him a long list of accolades. Recently his creation of the Lite- walk Grating System has won him the most prestigious prize for an inventor in the country, that is the NATIONAL INNOVATION AWARD 2007. Uncle Bug’s talent trickle over to his children. He has 2 daughters and both are equally talented. His elder daughter Amanda Tan won a GOLD medal at the International Student Invention Exhibition in Korea in 2003 for the invention of the Vibrating Ear Ring for the deaf children. While his younger daughter Amelia Tan was listed in the Malaysia Book of Records as the YOUNGEST INVENTOR in the country at the age of 7 years old.   The Prime Minister Visits Uncle BugsThe Hon Prime Minister of Malaysia visited Mr. Bugs Tan and was brief about the new invention of the Light Weight Grating System at the National Innovation Conference & Exhibition in Kuala Lumpur.
